RETURN POLICY

We have made all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct.  

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colors, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. If you have an questions about our products we are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure you make the right choices! Communication is everything!  

Made a purchase and you are less than delighted? We won't hold it against you - and our 14 day returns policy should help ease the pain.  

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by your carrier to your address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging. Customer to pay shipping both ways on exchanges. Any Custom items or sale items are final sale and not valid for return or exchange.  

If there is a mistake in your order, or a defect that was somehow overlooked, we will of course gladly fix it!  

Please remember that your purchase is handmade, we have made your item to the best of our abilities and we think our craftsmanship is pretty darn good, but we are prone to occasionally having a bad day. Our intent is create high quality items that will love and enjoy for many years.   

How to Return or Exchange:  Please contact us, send us an email at ironcopperbronze@gmail.com and tell us that you're sending your item(s) back so we know to expect it. Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. This will appear on your account within five days depending on your card issuer.
